December is here and with these cold dark days it's hard to get outside - even though these are the days it's most important to engage in physical activities to keep your mind and body in shape. I'd like to issue a challenge to all my followers to walk, hike, or run at least 3 days per-week this month, I'll also be accepting this challenge and posting interesting notes and finds on the changing environment and I hope you'll do the same on the Facebook Page.
